Al-Haq FAI Unit launches a database with hundreds of Israeli genocidal statements since 7 October 2023. FAI has gathered extensive and compelling evidence revealing a widespread pattern of incitement to violence and genocidal intent to destroy the Palestinian people by Israeli leaders and prominent public figures. This body of work documents over 1,000 instances of incitement and genocidal intent—ranging from social media posts and televised interviews to official statements made by politicians, military officials, journalists, and other influential voices.
These statements have been systematically categorized into key themes such as: incitement and intent; actions; forced displacement; collective punishment; public infrastructure; annexation; humanitarian pressure; weapons and arms; humiliation, extermination of Hamas; and persecution. Particularly alarming is the fact that many of these statements are from the highest levels of the Israeli Government, including the President, Prime Minister, Knesset members, military personnel, and other senior officials.
On 26 January 2024, the International Court of Justice determined the plausibility that Israel is carrying out genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza. In a series of provisional measures, the Court reaffirmed its findings and ordered that Israel halt its genocidal acts and allow the delivery of urgently-needed humanitarian aid at-scale. Instead, while the international community has failed to take effective action to protect the Palestinian people, Israel has only escalated its genocide, increasing the use of starvation as a weapon to destroy Palestinians in Gaza and utilizing the same violent tactics and acts of forced mass displacement against Palestinians in the West Bank.
In collaboration with a global network of volunteers, we make this database publicly available as a vital resource for the international community. This databaseis a call to action — against impunity, against silence, and against the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people. We urge all those committed to justice to engage with this work and support efforts to hold perpetrators accountable and to bring the genocide to an end.
